Athearn PS-5344 boxcar (ex-VTR) with Youngstown door removed and replaced with a Pullman door from an MDC kit.  Article will detail this process as well as the painting, lettering, and weathering methods.  The model was painted from scratch, but the Athearn pre-decorated car would also be a nice starting point.
